Refund policy

We will gladly refund you if all of the following three conditions are met:

  • We have received all the necessary documents, which have been authenticated according to our exact instructions as well as any additional document which we requested from you.
  • If access to our services is unavailable for more than 12 hours during the subscription period.
  • If our product did not answer the description as advertised.
  • You can provide an objective account of why the product did not work for you.
  • You make the request for a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

    If all of these conditions are met you may request a full refund. This is the only case in which refunds are offered.
